LINCOLN – The Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, 6 Blackstone Valley Place, Suite 402, will hold Cyber Security Awareness – The Rhode to Resilience, a free seminar, on Wednesday, March 4, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
The Northern Rhode Island Chamber has partnered with the Tech Collective to offer The Rhode to Resilience initiative. This free, hands-on program will allow small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to leave with concrete actions that will improve cyber security posture.
Lieutenant Yelle of the Rhode Island State Police joint Cyber Task Force will be providing the opening remarks with key information about the importance of becoming cyber secure aware and the reasons why he is endorsing Tech Collective’s initiative.
This initial discussion will be followed up with additional workshops over the next several weeks.
Registration is necessary as seating is limited. Coffee and breakfast pastries will be served.
